Position: Security Guard – Residential
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Payrate: $16.50 per hour
Status: Part- Time
Shift: Saturday & Sunday
8PM- 6AM
Overview
Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Proffesional- Residential to oversee one of our residential sites in Saskatoon, SK The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
