Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional - Concierge Swing Officer In North York, ON

Position: Security Professional - Concierge Swing Officer

Location: North York, ON

Payrate: $19.00 per hour

Status: Full Time

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat | 12pm to 8am, 4pm to 12am |

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Concierge Swing Officer to oversee one of our Residential Sites in North York, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Concierge Security experience. excellent communication skills, good customer service, willing to work Swing shifts time, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in Residential Concierge Security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must have Residential Security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Security Guard experience
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
