Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional -  Concierge (Overnight Shift) in Richmond Hill, ON

Position:Security Professional -  Concierge (Overnight Shift)

Location: Richmond Hill, ON

Payrate: $18.35 per hour

Status: Full time 

Shift: Monday to Friday | Overnight shift | 12AM - 8AM

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional -  Concierge (Overnight Shift) to oversee one of our residential sites in Richmond Hill, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Excellent Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, willing to work Overnight Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in Residential Concierge Security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic Computer Skills and Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
