🚨 Exclusive Shelter Security Guard Hiring Event

Allied Universal is currently seeking experienced Shelter Security Guards for Government sites. 

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience in homeless shelters, high-risk, or vulnerable environments. 

Please come prepared with your updated resume to reflect your experience. 

📍 Available Positions 

• Shelter Security Guards - 16 positions in Mississauga and Brampton - various locations
• Mobile Security Guard – must be 25 years of age or older, clean drivers abstract and have a G class Driver's License.

✅ Minimum Qualifications 

• Minimum 1 year security experience in a shelter, high-risk, or vulnerable setting 

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License 

• First Aid & CPR Certification 

• Reliable transportation to assigned sites 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Computer literacy (incident reports, access control systems, email) 

• Professional, calm, and alert under pressure 

• Physically capable of extended standing, walking, and patrol 

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

• Maintain a safe and secure environment 

• Monitor access points and conduct patrols 

• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally 

• Complete detailed reports
