Pay rate: $19.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduler to manage and coordinate security personnel schedules across the GTA. This role is essential to ensuring optimal coverage and maintaining high service levels for our clients.
The ideal candidate will work closely with security staff, management, and clients to coordinate schedules, address staffing changes, and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Develop and maintain schedules for security personnel based on client requirements and staff availability.
Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to address absences, staffing changes, and coverage gaps.
Communicate clearly and promptly with security staff regarding shifts, duties, and schedule changes.
Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Utilize scheduling software to track hours, manage overtime, and ensure accurate timekeeping.
Respond to scheduling inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
Maintain organized records of schedules, employee availability, and client requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset).
Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
