Allied universal is hiring Administrative Professional - Temporary in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Title: Administrative Professional - Temporary

Location: Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

Type: Temporary Full-time, Part Time

Pay Rate:  $21.18 per hour

Schedule:  Full time - Monday to Friday (0630 - 1430)

Part Time - Monday & Wednesday (1530 - 2130), Friday & Saturday (0630 - 1430)

Overview:

Allied Universal is currently seeking Administrative Professional - Temporary for a temporary position at one of our industrial sites in Fort Saskatchewan. Responsibilities:

• Onboard new employees, issue site access IDs, and handle required documentation.
• Follow radio communication guidelines and emergency phone protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety and emergency procedures.
• Skilled in using intermediate computer functions to manage advanced wireless technology at client-specific sites and perform necessary data entry.
• Regularly prepare clear, written reports and logs.
• Monitor and address inquiries in a secure inbox.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts.

Requirements:

• Must comply with the site's clean-shave policy due to Health and Safety compliance
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and resolve issues proactively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
