This event is designed for security professionals interested in working at high-risk and dynamic environments, including homeless and emergency shelters, shopping malls, hospitals, and other sensitive sites.

Security Guard – Commercial & High-Risk Sites
Assignments may include:
High-risk homeless and emergency shelters
Shopping malls (tactical roles)
Other commercial and high-traffic environments
Various shifts available (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
Full-time permanent opportunities
Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions is required
To be considered, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of security guard experience
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Previous experience in shelters, malls, hospitals, or high-risk sites is a strong asset
Reliable transportation to travel to assigned sites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy (incident reporting, access control systems, emails)
Ability to remain professional, calm, and alert in high-pressure situations
Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and clients
Monitor access points, conduct patrols, and enforce site policies
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and conflicts professionally
Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
Work collaboratively with site management, emergency services, and internal teams
