Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard – Anti Piracy in Toronto, Ontario.  

Job Title: Security Guard – Anti Piracy

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Rate: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour

Shifts: Various

Overview :

We are seeking vigilant and professional Security Guard – Anti Piracy to protect intellectual property, prevent unauthorized recording or distribution of copyrighted content, and ensure a safe and compliant environment at assigned locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to enforce anti-piracy policies while delivering excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor premises for unauthorized recording, distribution, or piracy-related activities.

• Enforce anti-piracy policies in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements.

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious behavior.

• Identify, document, and report piracy-related incidents accurately and promptly.

• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional, and lawful manner.

• Liaise with management, law enforcement, and internal teams when required.

• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs.

• Provide a visible security presence to deter violations.

• Assist patrons and staff while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Knowledge of anti-piracy practices is an asset (training provided if required).

• Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly and professionally.

• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security role.

• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
