Position: Security Supervisor - Mobile Patrol

Location: Hamilton, ON

Payrate: $19.50 per hour

Status: Full-time 

Shift: Sundays - Saturdays - Daytime (0600-1800) Continental 

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor in Hamilton. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, 25+ yrs of age (Driving Positions), a valid driver's license (Full), knowledge on CCTV Camera Monitoring, comfortable with Computers, CPR, First Aid, and able to work with a dynamic security team. Requirements:

• Experience in Mobile Patrol Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Valid Full Driver's Licence is a must
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
