Position: Security Concierge 

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Job Type: Full Time, 12 hours per day

Payrate: $18.50 - $19.00

Schedule:

       Monday to Thursday: 0600 - 1800

       Friday to Saturday: 0600 - 1800

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Concierge to oversee our site in Calgary. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work in 12 hour shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have  experience as a Security Concierge, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years of Security Experience
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Alberta Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Assisting visitors in locating commercial tenants, shops, and amenities within the property.
• Providing a friendly and approachable presence at all times.
• Conducting regular safety patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks to the site and its visitors.
• Responding promptly to emergencies and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
