Job Description

Title: Security Account Manager 

Location: Acheson, Alberta

Position: Full time | Permanent 

Language: English fluency required

Shift: 0600 - 1400 Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:  $23.82 per hour

 

 

Allied Universal® is seeking a professional and driven Account Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations at an assigned client site. This leadership role is ideal for a people-first manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing others, and is passionate about providing exceptional service.

 

As an Account Manager, you will lead a team of security personnel—including supervisors—and be responsible for scheduling, coaching, compliance, and service delivery. You'll be the bridge between our clients and frontline staff, ensuring operations run smoothly and expectations are not just met—but exceeded.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise daily security operations at a client site

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of guards and supervisors

  • Manage staffing needs, schedules, payroll completion, and training compliance

  • Maintain strong working relationships with the client and your team

  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and site-specific standards

  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as required

  • Champion company values, ensure policy compliance, and manage escalations

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A valid Alberta Security License
  • Minimum 2 years in operations, business, or supervisory roles

  • Full class 5 licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Must be proficient with computers
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communications
