Position: Service Manager - Residential

Location: GTA
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Service Manager - Residential is responsible for overseeing and supervising the security operations for the Residential GTA Branch. This includes ensuring the safety and security of clients, employees, and assets, managing a team of security personnel, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
· Oversee daily security operations within client sites.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure security protocols are followed.
· Maintain and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
2. Client Relations:
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
· Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
· Conduct regular client meetings to review security needs and performance.
· Develop and present security reports to clients.
3. Financial Management:
· Assist with the management of the branch budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
· Monitor and control expenses related to security operations.
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
4. Sales and Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch territory.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and secure new contracts.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
· Ensure all security activities are documented accurately.
· Prepare and submit regular reports to regional management.
· Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in security management or with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
· Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
· Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
· Class G Drivers license - with a clean drivers abstract.
Work Environment:
· The Service Manager - Residential may need to respond to emergency situations outside of normal working hours.
· The position involves both office work and on-site visits.
