Location: Mississauga, ON
Payrate: $19.94/hr
Status: Full-time
Shift: Monday - Sunday, Various Shifts depending on the coverage required
Job Description
- The Operations Support Officer (OSO) will be responsible for administering high volume of physical security access badge requests (ex: provisions new, replacement badges and other types of access requests) from Business Units, Contractors and Vendors from various sites across Canada.
- Provisions access badges within 48 hours of the initial request.
- Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met.
- Apply appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required documentations.
- Assists in Photo Lab with lunch/break coverages and other areas in which they need further support
- Ensures the optimal level of customer service and professionalism is always provided.
- Maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners and peers as necessary, including responding to questions or concerns.
- Inventory management and procurement of all new access badges and printer supplies.
- Investigates, resolves access issues/concerns and manages escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Tracks and orders supplies for PSAS team (e.g. card printer supplies, etc.)
- Provisions HR Delta reports on a daily basis (contains lists of individuals who have left TD Bank); cancelling employees/contractors physical access from the access control systems and communicates with all corporate base building locations to confirm cancellations on their own ACMS.
Job Requirements:
- Maintain proficiency with software applications/programs and/or department specific systems as required (e.g. Honeywell System, CCURE 9000, etc).
- Provide accurate, organized and efficient administrative support; collect and track data, research information, create and maintain files, and perform other administrative assignments as required.
- Prioritize and manage own workflow to ensure quality and efficiency (i.e. meet deadlines; be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities).
- Efficiently manage expectations/concerns through strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification/Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of PSAS access control systems (CCURE 9000, Honeywell System) considered an asset, but not essential
