Job Title: Bilingual Security Account Manager
Location: Toronto, Ontario (GTA region)
Position Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday – Friday Salary: $88,000 – $90,500 annually – plus car allowance
Work Environment:
· Hybrid – combination of remote work from home and office-based as needed
· Frequent travel within the GTA and other provinces within Canada (up to 10%)
· Must be comfortable working independently while on the road
Must be fluent in French and English (spoken and written)- this is mandatory
About the Role
As a Bilingual Security Account Manager with Allied Universal®, you will play a key leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts within Canada. Within the role as Bilingual Security Account Manager the individual acts as a trusted liaison between clients and our security teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
As the Bilingual Security Account Manager, the role will require regular travel within the GTA to client sites, and monthly or quarterly travel to out of province site (Montreal and Alberta). The individual must have proven skills in building strong client relationship, and a keen understanding of security services and working with the operation management teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients across the GTA, Montreal, and Alberta.
· Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and operational reviews on location.
· Prepare and present operational and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
· Monitor KPIs, track service delivery metrics, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
· Manage account budgets, invoicing accuracy, and compliance with contract terms.
· Lead or support investigations, audits, and incident responses as required.
· Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
· Ensure all contractual obligations and service-level expectations are met or exceeded.
· Support the operations team, with the coordination scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation across multiple sites for a specific client portoflio.
· Supervise and support on-site supervisors, assigned to client portfolio.
· Conduct regular site visits and performance assessments.
· Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in Security Services, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
· Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) – this is mandatory.
Experience
· 2–5 years of direct client support experience in the security services industry or a related field (e.g., operations)
· 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience
· Experience managing multi-site security operations and remote teams is strongly preferred
· Proven success in client relationship management, contract compliance, and service delivery
· Background in customer service, account management, or risk management is considered an asset
