Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Chiliwack , BC

Type: Full-time

Rate of Pay: $ 25 per hour 

Shift: Monday - Friday 0600 - 1400 

Allied Universal is currently seeking an experienced Site  Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations at a key client site in Chilliwack. This leadership role is responsible for managing a 208-hour-per-week schedule and ensuring all assigned staff maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and client service.                                                    

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support on-site security personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with AUS standards
• Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
• Act as the primary liaison between frontline staff, AUS management, and client representatives
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
• Enforce site-specific safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Conduct incident investigations and complete detailed reports using Heliaus Device 
• Monitor service quality and make improvements as needed
• Ensure smooth, effective daily operations and address any staffing or performance issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the security field
• Valid BC Security Worker License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Heliaus or similar reporting/scheduling platforms
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
