Security Account Manager – Full-Time

📞 On-call for emergency response or contract issues
💼 Permanent, Full-Time (40–44 hrs/week)
💵 Salary: $51,500 per year

About the Role

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Account Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations at a client site in London, ON. In this leadership role, you’ll supervise guards and site supervisors, manage scheduling, payroll, and training, and act as the main point of contact for both the client and staff team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security guards and site supervisors

• Oversee schedules, shift coverage, and payroll submissions

• Ensure training completion and licensing compliance

• Build strong client and team relationships

• Respond to after-hours issues and emergency situations as needed

• Support incident response, reporting, and policy adherence

Qualifications

✔️ Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
✔️ 2+ years of experience in operations or team leadership
✔️ Age 25+ with a clean driving record (insurance requirement)
✔️ Full G-Class driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✔️ Valid First Aid/CPR certification
✔️ Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Comfortable with scheduling and digital reporting tools
