Job Description

As a Security Account Manager at Allied Universal®, the Account Manager job is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including management and professional development of security personnel. The Security Account Manager will build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop and retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account. This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding financial and operational goals; provide quality customer service. The Security Account Manager maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules, completion of payroll for assigned security personnel and provides after-hour emergency response as required.

Salary:        $80,000.00 / annually


Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The role will ensure consistent service delivery nationally and assist the field teams with providing clarity on the Clients expectations  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with network to ensure understanding of Client expectations and consistency of service (Client specific: SOPs, Service Levels, Quality of Service)
  • Responsible for management reports relating to quality of service (E.g. Training Matrix)
  • First point of escalation for all service issues;
  • Responsible for end to end communication of guard vendor feedback and unstaffed posts internally and externally
  • Main point of contact for Corporate Security Team and Physical Security Support Centre
  • Responsible for chairing Operations Meetings (Client/Internal AUS)
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Previous experience managing a multi region national account is preferred
  • Previous experience in the security industry
  • Keen understanding of Allied’s business/ operating model to enable efficient implementation of solutions internally
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security operations
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of physical security protocols, incident response, and risk management.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
