Overview: Allied Universal® is seeking a highly responsible and reliable Mobile Security Guard to ensure the security and safety of our client’s property and personnel. The officer will be responsible for patrolling, monitoring site-specific policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 5 years of verifiable employment history.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating technology at client-specific sites.
• Must have a Valid Security Guard license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR 
• Must be 25+ years of age due to company insurance requirements on vehicles
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile/regular patrols of designated areas, including commercial properties, residential communities, and industrial sites.
• Perform regular security checks to detect and deter unauthorized access, vandalism, or other security breaches.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations, emergencies, or requests for assistance.
• Conduct thorough inspections of premises and report any safety hazards or security concerns.
• Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and ensure peace of mind for clients and residents.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems remotely from a mobile vehicle or central control center
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrol activities, incidents, and observations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members to coordinate security operations.
