Présentation :Allied Universal® is currently seeking  for a diligent and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Patrol assigned areas and maintained a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Escort individuals off the premises, if necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 yrs  experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred.
• Excellent observational and surveillance skills
• Bilingual (French & English)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and patrol the premises.
• Valid security guard license
• 5yrs residencey in canada
• Most be 18 yrs or older
