Title: Mobile Security Guards

Location: Edmonton, AB

Payrate:

• $18.00/HR during training.
• $19.24/HR once trained.

Schedule:

• Tuesdays 2359 - 0800
• Wednesdays 2359 - 0800
• Thursdays 2359 - 0800
• Saturdays 1200 - 2000

Overview:

We are looking for diligent and reliable security guards to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment.

Requirement:

• At least 1+ years of experience in security in a mall setting.
• Experience with access control systems, alarm monitoring, and CCTV.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite. IE: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Open availability to take any shifts.
• Ability to work alone for up to 12 hours.
• Walk up to 15,000 steps a shift.
• Clean drivers abstract.
• Must have a valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Driver's License.
• Must have a valid Alberta Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 32 hours a week
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

 Responsibilities:

• Oversee access control and monitor alarm systems to ensure security.
• Keep a close watch on CCTV systems for unusual or suspicious activities.
• Write detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
• Respond quickly to security incidents or emergencies.
